30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.

• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  
• Not be a personalized, customized, or final-sale item.
  

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Because many Tonegift products are made or personalized specifically for each customer, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Custom-made products.
  
• Products featuring names, photos, dates, messages, or custom designs.
  
• Gift cards.
  
• Clearance or final-sale products.
  

However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

• Clear photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization from us.

Free Return Shipping

Tonegift provides free return shipping for approved returns.

The prepaid return label must be used within the period specified in our return instructions. Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Restocking Fee

A 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returns caused by:

• Changing your mind.
  
• Ordering the wrong size, color, style, or quantity.
  
• No longer needing or wanting the product.
  
• Providing incorrect information when placing the order.
  

The restocking fee does not apply when the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Tonegift.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is:

• Damaged during shipping.
  
• Defective.
  
• Incorrect.
  
• Missing an item or component.
  
• Significantly different from the product you ordered.
  

Please provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your request has been resolved.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To order a different product, size, color, or design, please return the eligible original item and place a new order separately.

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after deducting any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable charges.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once an order has entered production, been personalized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking or return fees may be deducted from the refund.
