1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and fulfillment location:

• United States: approximately 2–5 business days for orders fulfilled within the U.S., or 7–9 business days for orders shipped from Vietnam.
• Europe: approximately 5–8 business days.
• Other International Destinations: approximately 10–15 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, severe weather, remote delivery locations, or unexpected carrier delays.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tonegift.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For approved returns, return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or improperly fulfilled order.

Every ToneGift hat is carefully inspected before shipment for overall appearance, embroidery quality, stitching, and construction.

Because embroidered products are made with fabric and thread, small variations in stitch placement, thread texture, embroidery density, or color tone may naturally occur. These minor differences are normal characteristics of the embroidery process and do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, significant embroidery issue, damage, or other quality concern, please contact us at support@tonegift.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our support team will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

To help maintain the shape, color, and embroidery quality of your ToneGift hat, we recommend the following care instructions:

• Spot clean or hand wash whenever possible
• Use cold or lukewarm water
• Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh cleaning chemicals
• Do not bleach
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry
• Allow the hat to air dry naturally
• Avoid excessive heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Do not iron directly over embroidered areas
• Avoid twisting, wringing, or crushing the hat while wet

Proper care will help preserve the hat’s structure, color, stitching, and embroidered details for longer.
