Important Notes

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include the 1–2 business day processing period.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, severe weather, remote locations, or unexpected carrier delays.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order quantity.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or warehouse handling.

Every ToneGift hat is carefully inspected before shipment for overall appearance, embroidery quality, stitching, and construction.

Because embroidered products are made with fabric and thread, small variations in stitch placement, thread texture, embroidery density, or color tone may naturally occur. These minor differences are normal characteristics of the embroidery process and do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, significant embroidery issue, damage, or other quality concern, please contact us at support@tonegift.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our support team will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

To help maintain the shape, color, and embroidery quality of your ToneGift hat, we recommend the following care instructions:

• Spot clean or hand wash whenever possible
• Use cold or lukewarm water
• Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh cleaning chemicals
• Do not bleach
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry
• Allow the hat to air dry naturally
• Avoid excessive heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Do not iron directly over embroidered areas
• Avoid twisting, wringing, or crushing the hat while wet

Proper care will help preserve the hat’s structure, color, stitching, and embroidered details for longer.
